Audit Your WooCommerce Store
Before touching anything, run a full crawl of your existing store. Document every URL Google has indexed — products, categories, blog posts, tag pages. Export your sitemap and run it through Screaming Frog or Ahrefs to capture all indexed URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, backlinks, and canonical tags. This is your SEO protection blueprint.
Export All WooCommerce Data
Use the WooCommerce built-in exporter or WP All Export to pull products (with variants, images, SKUs), customers, orders, and coupon codes. Export product categories and tags separately. Download all media from your WordPress media library. Save everything in structured CSV files — this is the source of truth for your Shopify import.
Set Up Your Shopify Store
Create your Shopify account and configure basic settings — currency, taxes, payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Razorpay, PayPal), shipping zones, and email notifications.
